How long will it take to receive my custom footwear?

Each order takes about 4 - 6 weeks for production. Timing can vary throughout the year based on order volume.

Can I customize my own pair of Shoes/Cleats?

You can place an order by choosing one of the two main options on our site:

  • Shop Ready-To-Order Designs — Browse pre-designed custom footwear. Use filters for brand, sport, color, gender, spike type, and more. You can also add personalization to these designs, such as your number or name/wording.
  • Design Your Own
    — Have a vision in mind? Start your custom design with a $50 deposit,
    share your ideas, and our artists will create a one-of-a-kind design
    just for you.

We customize cleats, turfs, sneakers, and
lifestyle shoes. If you're sending your own pair, it must be brand-new
and unworn. Most styles are available in men's 6–18; youth and women's
sizes can often be accommodated if we can source the shoe or you provide
a new pair. Mockups are available.

How should I care for my custom footwear?

Wipe off dirt with a damp, soft brush/cloth and air-dry at room temp.
Avoid soaking, machine washing, harsh chemicals, or direct heat. Store
in a breathable bag. Normal scuffs can occur. View our accessories here.

How is my custom pair made?

Every pair is hand-painted by our team of professional
artists using professional-grade acrylic paints. Each design goes
through multiple paint layers, a protective sealant coat, and a final
quality inspection before it ships. Your pair is built to be worn — on
the field and off it.
