Caught Stealing Targets

Train alone. The Caught Stealing Target (the Pop-Target™ in your Quick Start Guide) takes the place of the fielder at second base: slide the PRO100™ fielder's sensor into the back pocket, hang the target on a tightly strung net, and every throw that hits it stops the clock. You get pop time, exchange, velocity and distance with nobody covering the bag.
