1. Do you have a third party to handle disputes?
No. Pro Game Sports LLC handles disputes with their customers directly.
​2. What happens in the event a product can not be supplied?
Customer will be issued an apology and Pro Game Sports will let the customer know when inventory is expected to be back in stock. The customer will be first in line if willing to wait, if not, customer will be issued full 100% refund.
​3. Missed/late payment conditions.
Pro Game Sports LLC will not process the order for fulfillment until the payment is received in full.
4. How do you handle refunds/returns?
If the customer is not happy with the product, as long as the condition or quality is the same as at the date of purchase, the customer is to ship the purchased item back to Pro Game Sports LLC. Pro Game Sports LLC will cover the cost of the return shipping, and issue a 100% refund upon receipt of the returned purchased product. The refund will be processed to the customer's applicable account used for the transaction.
