Warranty

Pro-Game Sports is committed to providing the best products available in the game.  We also know you push yourself and our gear to the limits and things can go wrong.  To give you peace of mind, we offer a 1-year warranty against defects or premature failure* of our products from the date of purchase.

In order to successfully fulfill your request for a warranty replacement, you will be asked to provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase showing your product(s) was purchased in the last year
  • Product model number
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Picture of the product and the issue
  • A few specifics, depending on the product type, such as product model and size, date codes, and sizing of the user

*Please note that wear & tear which is deemed to be excessive, abusive, or outside of the intended usage of the product may limit your warranty coverage.

 


Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 6 months of the product delivery date for non-custom items. To be eligible for a return or exchange the purchase must have been made on www.pro-gamesports.com.  A pre-paid return label is included with your shipment.  If a return is received after 6 months past the original purchase date, store credit only will be applied.

Your order must be returned to Pro Game Sports to be reviewed and have return credit or exchange request processed.  Shipping costs are not refunded.  Returned items must be unused and in original packaging to receive credit.  Please take care to package your items in a manner that they will not be damaged in transit.

Refunds for returned items are always applied to the original payment method used to place your order or store credit.  Original payment method means the original credit card or PayPal account that was used at the time of purchase.  Refunds to your credit card can take up to 7 business days for your bank to fully process.

Refunds are applied only when Pro Game Sports has received and inspected the product.  Shipments lost in transit are not the responsibility of Pro Game Sports and will not be refunded.  Lost package claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.  All exchanges subject to change depending on stock availability.

 


Custom Orders

Custom orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours after the order is placed.  After 48 hours, there are no refunds, exchanges, or changes allowed.
